Product Description

Introduction
Concentrator is generally used for concentrate concentration and dehydration of tailings before filtration in dress plants to concentrate the ore pulp with concentration of 20-30% to concentration of 40-70%. It is widely used for concentration and purification of slurry containing solid materials in industries of ore dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, construction materials, and source water and wastewater treatment, etc.

Features

This concentrator is a new high-efficiency concentrator. It integrates the advantages of traditional central transmission concentrator and peripheral transmission concentrator, and is an upgrading product of the traditional concentrator. It is widely applied to the handling of thick and heavy industrial slurry, such as coal, ore dressing, metallurgical and chemical slurry, etc.

Main features:

1.At the center, feeding is conducted at deep layer, and the horizontal sediment can reduce height of sediment and decrease the kinetic energy of solid particles. The rake is in a connecting rod structure, which reduces the interference with particle sediment, accelerates the pressing and depositing process of concentrator, and improves 30-50% handling capacity. If flocculant is added, the handling capacity can be further improved.

2.There are three angles at the bottom of the tank, which facilitates the scraping of sedimented materialas with good civil engineering efficiency.

3.There is central agitating device, the underflow concentration is improved and materials in the aggregate cone pit will not solidify.

4.Automatic hydraulic segmented rake-lifting, the operation of which is reliable.

5.The height of rake-lifting can be adjusted at will as needed, up to the extent that the scraper blade is brought up to above the surface for the convenience of overhauling.

6.For long downtime and failure, the tank can be cleaned by machine automatically or manually, without the need for drawing off water and not affecting production.

7.Peripheral transmission which drives the rotation of bridge can achieve stepless speed regulating and meet requirements of different production conditions.

8.The whole machine is controlled by PLC program for overload warning indication; it can automatically control the rake-lifting, rake-lowering (detecting working resistance with pressure sensor or torque sensor), and centralized control can be realized automatically, manually or remotely.

9.Current collecting equipment is hermetically sealed, and current collection is reliable and safe.

10.The main parts and components of foreign, joint-venture and domestic famous brands are adopted, and the quality is reliable.
