Chute feeder is used to take out lump and granular materials from material warehouse and send them to various receiving devices, but it is not suitable for transporting concentrate fines and other powder materials. It is applicable to industries of ore dressing, coal, chemical industry, etc.
Chute feed is generally hoisted at the discharge opening of the ore storage bin. The bottom plate of chute makes reciprocating motion for feeding, with jig frequency of 20-60 times/min and length of stroke of 20-200mm. The feeding quantity depends on the length of stroke. Method for adjusting length of stroke: it is appropriately adjusted by adjusting the offset of eccentric gear of driving device.
According to ore dressing scale and operation system, put forward appropriate feeder specifications for matching production by the manufacturer. The motor can be changed to adjustable-speed motor with special orders.
